The Story
Hiba's journey into shadow work began not in a classroom, but in the depths of her own darkness. Like many of us, she learned early to hide the parts of herself that didn't fit—her emotions, her questions, her truth.
It was only when she stopped running from her shadow that she discovered its transformative power. The pain she had been avoiding became her greatest teacher. The wounds she had hidden became wells of wisdom.
Today, Hiba works with individuals who are ready to face their own shadows. Her approach is not about fixing what's broken—because nothing is truly broken. It's about witnessing what's been hidden and allowing it to be transformed through acceptance and integration.
The Shadow Sessions is the natural extension of this work. It's a space where the conversations that usually happen behind closed doors can be shared with the world—normalizing struggle, celebrating healing, and reminding us all that we're not alone in our darkness.
"The shadow isn't your enemy, it's the part of you that's been waiting to be seen. When we stop running, transformation begins."

The Philosophy
Healing is Not Linear
We don't "move on" from our wounds, we move through them, again and again, each time with more awareness and compassion. There's no finish line, only deeper integration.
Witness Over Fix
Most of us don't need someone to solve our problems—we need someone to see us in our struggle without flinching. True healing happens in the presence of a compassionate witness.
Shadow as Teacher
What we reject in ourselves becomes our prison. What we embrace becomes our power. The shadow holds not just our wounds, but our untapped gifts and potential.
